I painted this large (48" X 36") acrylic on canvas in my living room using the old-fashioned grid method. I set up a grid with string from floor to ceiling and wall to wall, then drew grid lines on the canvas. Sitting at a certain spot behind the network of strings, with my eyes always in the same spot, I was able to line up all the elements very easily and accurately on the canvas. |
